Lawsuit Against 2020 Census Gets Appeals Court Hearing

On April 11, 2024, oral arguments were heard in the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit for an appeal in the case of Citizens for Const. Integrity v. Census Bureau.

The original 2021 lawsuit challenged �the Bureau’s apportionment of congressional representatives following the 2020 Decennial Census as violating the 14th Amendment and the Administrative Procedure Act.�
