Public Comment Period on Citizenship Question

Vanita Gupta of The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights has authored an op-ed on the importance of submitting a public comment opposing the insertion of a citizenship question on the 2020 Census form.

In addition, Vanita has circulated an e-mail on how you and your organization can support the issue through a public comment.

  1. This is an obviously political and prejudicial proposal aimed at scaring off some Hispanic from responding to the census.
