Two questions related to the citizenship question;
1) If large numbers of people do not answer that one question, does that non-response jeopordize the rest of the census data or apportionment?
2) If a person or organization advocates that Americans boycott the citizenship question, is that free speech or a potential crime related to mandatory response to the census, and all its questions..
